Somenow, while impressive it is also worrysome. While Watson may 'learn' the stuff of cooking theory, 'he' has no sense of taste and 'umami'. It is not just the measuring of how much this and that, it is also the HOW that can make a huge difference.

+56Yeah, the article did say he collaborated with a chef. I'd be interested in some of the recipes Watson came up with that didn't make the cut 🙂
While worried about results, I woild be too LOL, amd willing to try some of the ones that made the grade too:-)
