A quick heads up for people liking to use Google's Chrome browser..

If you plan to run any NPAPI ( the Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface ) in Google Chrome you can run into problems. Most commonly known plugins that will be affected are Microsoft's Silverlight or Oracle's Java plugin.

If you have a Chrome build 42.**** or higher ( more recent ) you will notice that Chrome complains the plugin still needs to be installed even if you have actually installed it. Don't go look for a solution too far or deep as it's plain & simple.

Chrome decided not to allow NPAPI based plugins anymore. If the Chrome build's from before September 2015 you can still enable it thru a backdoor fix ( but for those details feel free to PM me as that's deffinitely tech ).

So if you want to use those plugins in Chrome there's only one thing to do . Do not update to any chrome build 42 or higher or use Internet Explorer or FireFox. Decided to post it here as it's maybe news material but not security news.
