I can't enter my security code key to login, what's wrong?
I am trying to log into my account by entering the 4th and 6th characters of my key code. It isn't accepted for some reason. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As an additional thought do note that the Security Code is Case Sensitive...and I have fallen foul of not remembeering this a few times...so you could try a different case of the characters required otherwise the Reset as suggested by Daniel is you best bet.
