Outlook has not responding message when first logging in

Outlook is very slow and shows it is not responding when first logging in.   Text is grayed out.   After a few minutes, it will start responding, but it's not quite right.

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
I am unsure if this issue is related to Webroot as Outlook is a well known program and we should not be monitoring it.

I would advise contacting our support team so that they can investigate this for you and see if Webroot is causing this issue.
