Where did you purchase WSA from? Here is the link to Support. Webroot Customer Service could it be a Best Buy Subscription then you would need to call Best Buy Geek Squad see this page and the phone number is at the bottom. http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl any extra info would be helpful.
