Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you have installed WSA and the initial scan has completed then you are good to go...and should just click on the 'X' in the top right hand corner of the main panel to close it. That should just leave you with the Green 'W' showing in the notification tray area to indicate that WSA is running and protecting your system.
