Has anyone had an issue with Webroot interfering with the 10-key pad in certain programs?

With Paychex, specifically - Payroll Program.

Sounds like it might be the keylogger protection.  You can whitelist it, and contact support to get it whitelisted on our end.

I looked at the link you included in your reply, and went through each tab/button and could not find anything that says "keylogger". Can you give a little more detail on how to do that?

It's all or nothing for that - just see if there's an entry for the program that can't get to the keypad, and switch it to allow.  If

I do have it in chrome when there are certain form fields that are hevily stylized.
 
Also the 10 key issue could be related to a recent webkit bug that was reported 2-3 months ago.
 
Try using firefox and the 10 key works on the same stylized form fields.
 
The issue can be replicated occasionally on USPS, some ebay forms, pop-up social sharing dialogs, and some MLS realty websites.
