SecureAnywhere dashboard Session immediately times out

I have no trouble logging in to the dashboard, but when I click the "Endpoint Protection" tab, or the link that shows there are two infected pc's, before the screen can load with any computers listed, I get a pop-up windows titled "Session Expired" stating "Please login again.
You will now be redirected to the login page."
This just keeps happening each time I log on.
Anyone else ever have this problem? Any ideas what I can do to fix it?

We did have some issues with the site timing out a few months back, but I thought it was resolved.  Go ahead and contact support so we can get this one documented and figure out whether it is a problem on our end or something about the connection between you and us:
