how do I access my account? I need to update my credit card information.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
To quote from the Webroot Support page:
"At this time, we are unable to change a customer's credit card information within our database. If you need to use a different card than the one in our database, we suggest that you call our Sales Team so an agent can renew your subscription early with the new credit card information. You will not lose any of the remaining time on your current subscription by doing this.
From within the US, you can reach our Sales Team at 1-866-612-4268. For international contact information, click here."
