Hello everyone,
 
I discovered yesterday that my pc has a virus and will not allow windows updates automatically.  I've used Webroot Anti-virus for years.  I'm now getting an error code 10. 
 
Any suggestions?

If you have a virus infection that has not been removed automatically by Webroot, please submit a Trouble Ticket ASAP.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
  1. Do not update or add to your ticket once you have submitted it until you have had a reply from Support.  Doing so will affect the date/time stamp and move your ticket to the back of the queue slowing down your response time.
  2. Please do NOT use any other utilties or manual removal/correction attempts once you have submitted the ticket.  Doing so can make things more difficult for Support.
