Hello @

Welcome to the Community Forum,

May I ask if you are trying to download Adobe? You need to download from the Adobe website and then you shouldn't have any problems with the link that I have provided below.

Please make sure you are downloading from the Adobe Reader site here http://get.adobe.com/reader/

EDIT: I'm sorry I didn't ask you if you needed Adobe Flash Player.

Here's information on this also  https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Adobe-Flash-Player-16-0-0-235/m-p/176076#M10845

Do not check any add ons with the download.

Also
I would download the installer, and then right click on it and select 'Run as Administrator' which should run the installer with elevated privileges, and so  to avoid any messages that you might be seeing.

Then please get back to us if this does or doesn't work and we will assist you further. OK?

Best Regards,
