What you have is what we call a PUA so please try to remove it yourself see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 and if it turns out you can't then Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you remove it with your paid subscription!
