How do I get webroot SecureAnywhere to scan my 2ed internal drive as well as network drives and iSCS

Greetings,

I am brand new to Webroot and have a question.  I have a SSD and an internal 1TB drive as well as network attached drives and iSCSI drives on a local NAS.  Webroot internet security seems to only scan my C: SSD and none of the others.  What do I need to do to get it to scan the other drives?   Many thanks,  John

Hi 1cocomon

Welcome to the Community Forums.

The answer is that WSA will only automatically scan you system drive.  You can however easily scan your other drives, external,/USB/CD/DVD/Etc., by locating the drive that yo want to check, in 'Computer' for instance, right clicking on the drive, and selecting 'Scan with Webroot' from the context menu displayed.  That will initiate the default level of scanning just for the selected drive.

Hope that helps?
