How more days my subscription is good for.

I have had Webroot for years. I renewed my subscription for two years and put in the special key. I go to the page that shows me how long I have and it only said active. It also said active before I put my new Key Password in. I restarted my computer but still reads active. Help

Hey @Ken Betuel ,

Can you help me understand where you’re looking? Are you going into the Webroot console and then looking under “My account” and “Subscription”?

If it just says “active” in that section, you should try contacting Support as they’ll have the ability to look at your subscription status.
