Issue after issue

Im trying to reset my password because I forgot it. It said the link to reset has been sent to my email but I haven't received it. I've tried it several times and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hello @TonyC Have you checked your email Spam box? Maybe one of the Webroot Admins could look at the backend of your account. @LLiddell @freydrew
If they can't I would get in contact with Webroot Support, Contact Webroot Support

I'm not able to control the password to the online console, your best bet is support as Dave mentioned. This can be done very quickly as well so should be a quick call.
