Hi , I'm new to the communtiy and would like to start off by presenting an issue I am having with Webconsole .
Recently I purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere and have it running . Yet when I go to my Webconsole it takes me to a page that prompts me to make an online account . When I do , it takes me to a page that tells me my account is pending an email conformation . Yet when I check my email folders .... nothing . So I go through the process again and at the end it asks me if I would like to resend an email conformation . I click yes . And still no emails from Webroot . Am I missing something here ? Any help would be appreciated !

Have you checked all Spam Filters as it could of been caught? If not please Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you get sorted! You can try this to see if it will work? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/redownloads
