Window's firewall versus Webroot SecureAnywhere firewall

I installed Webroot secure anywhere and it shows that I am firewall protected but when I get into Windows System and check to see if I am firewall protected Windows wants me to turn Window's firewall on.  I have Windows firewall turned off now.  Do I need to turn Window's firewall on as well as Webroot's firewall?  Thanks.

Hi Ti,

Welcome to the Community!

Yes you should run Windows Firewall. It should be on as here is a KB explaining this here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Firewall-Compatibility/ta-p/19260

Hope this helps! Holler if you need anything else!

Best Regards,
