Authentication Code, not asking for specific 'digits'

I have an authentication code which I have used before. When asking for the code I am getting the dialog below. When I enter the whole code it says its invalid. Googling seems to imply I should be getting asked for specific letters/numbers, eg, enter SECOND… FOURTH letter. What can I do, I have tried 2 browser, chrome and firefox and both with same results

Webroot is running 2 consoles, Old and New. If the above doesn’t fix the problem then the fastest way to solve this is to Call Webroot Support and they can fix it on the back end.
