Webroot dashboard buttons not functioning abd and mobile app draining battery

So many issues! 

Buttons in the desktop dashboard panel stops working randomly, namely the 'Learn more', 'Get started ' and also the button that allows you to submit a suspicious URL for analysis. 

 

And the mobile app is even worse because it just zaps out the batter life of the device. 

I'm using the latest version of the mobile app and my phone is Pixel 4a (4g) 

 

It takes forever to connect with someone when you can their support number plus since I am outside of the USA, it's very costly too.

It would probably be best to send in a Support Ticket to solve these problems. Since you’re outside the USA, if you need to talk to Support ask for the Toll Free Phone Number when you send in the ticket.
