How do I transfer my keycode from an old laptop that won't boot to a new laptop?
My old laptop died and won't boot. I can't get in to uninstall my current subscription and transfer it to a different laptop. Any advice?

Welcome to the Webroot community :)
FIrst things first:
- go to your PC security console and your PC should still be listed there along with your Key code that is currently being used with your laptop's subscription.
-Reinstall Webroot on your new laptop and attempt to use that keycode. All should work fine.
- If you are unable to use that keycode best thing to do would be to open a support ticket and they should be able to sort you out.
