New? support Ticket process

Hello Webrooters,
What happened to my open Tickets at http://www.webrootanywhere.com/service.asp
Now, when I click on http://www.webrootanywhere.com/service.asp link in an old You have a new message from Webroot Technical Support email. 
I'm redirected.
EDIT: I figured out what happened.

Ask @ or @ to look into it as I said my link works fine and there link is always HTTPS not HTTP like in your first post. https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp

EDIT: @ nevermind as I seen the reply email and seen all the info you posted then removed, since I have been using the Webroot Ticket Support for more than 6 years during all Beta Testing mine works much differently then your tickets look. Mine is much more simple. But if I had to use a new email address then my new support tickets would look the same as yours.
