May I ask if you downloaded and installed Chrome from here? https://www.google.com/chrome/
Chrome has it's own built in Flash Player.
If you are looking for the Adobe Flash Player please look here. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Make sure you uncheck McAfee and any optional offers. These are harmful to your computer for they are PUAs
