Hi jaldin_b

Welcome to the Community Forums.

WSA is very simple to use; you just cllick the SCAN MY COMPUTER button in the centre of the main panel and let WSA run a scan.  If it detects anything it will notify you and offer clean up options if required.

Do that and then post back here with the results.

Hello

If you have problems removing threats:

Can you run a deep scan in Safe Mode with Networking the instructions on how to do so are shown below.

1. Start your computer in Safe Mode with Networking. For instructions on starting in Safe Mode with Networking

2. Open Webroot SecureAnywhere from the tray, start menu or desktop icon.
3. Click on the cog icon next to 'PC Security'. http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C2_Scanning/CH2e_Defining_Custom_Scan...
4. Open the 'Scan & Shields' tab.
5. Click the 'Custom Scan' button.

Hi Petr

Whilst everything you say is true, I think that we should not prejudge the situation and assume that jaldin_b is having issues with removing malware with WSA.  Lets see what the scan comes up with as if nothing is found then one may need to look elsewhere for the reasons for the BSODs, etc. ;)
