Installation error messages on Windows 10

I've installed Webroot on two devices the last two days and happy with the results so far. Both machines were Windows 10 PC laptops. Both installations ended with an error, however, saying that Windows was not responsive and had to shut down. The installation did go through.
 
Is this a known issue? On both instances, I thought the installation had failed.

I haven't heard of that issue. If the installation appears to have gone through then I think we're good. It's probably worth contacting support though so that we can get your logs. That way we can make sure this issue is documented for anyone else who might be experiencing it:

Indeed, Nic that is a new one on me too...cannot recollect it being raised before but then again it may be something new given the very recent major update to Win 10 pushed out by MS and which has caused some 'chatter' on the wires over here?
