I have had a pop up appear on my computer notifying me of a new application. The publisher is being identified as WebRoot. Should I download the application?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
I too have received this message from time to time and I've always allowed it. Not sure exaclty why Windows gives this message, perhaps an update to the Webroot application, but I would allow it to be sure Webroot continues to function properly.
