Renewed subscription today thru link in Webroot client but still says subscription expired?? Help!


Hi,
 
I renewed my Webroot subcription today by clicking the button in the client ($10 off thru geek squad) but the client still says subscription expired (it expied in April after my 6 free months on the computer I bought at Best Buy). How do I get it to know I renewed. Very frustrating...thanks for any help.

I believe you have no need for concern, and your BestBuy renewal will be in the process of going through overnight probably, as clearly described by our well-informed David here:https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/When-does-activation-start-with-renewals-from-Best-Buy/m-p/174058#M4193
