Why can't I empty my cart and also I would like to stop getting reminders to complete a purchase

Hello folks, Good Morning ...I would like to know how I can empty my cart?. I purchased the same software only I USED A DIFFERENT SOURCE TO GET IT... NOW I keep getting these reminders in my email and every time i open my webroot acct?.....It's getting very annoying I even tried to go through my account and it only pops up saying paypal..or other ?...no options on bottom of the page or anywhere elsefrom what I can see.....thank You for your help in advance....Joe. S
