Yes, it does if you install WSA on your computer and then you download and install the iOS or Android app on which ever smartphone you are using (there is no Windows Phone app).

And it is true...and you can see for yourself by trialing it (here for the PC or Mac. There are free versions of the mobile apps fdownlaodable from the relevant app stores).
