That was interesting to read because I only see and post the bad things I read about them, it made a nice change to see something positive about them.

I've never tried it but I have a lot of friends who rely on it. As an introvert I barely even like taxis, but I guess if I were stuck in a city without transport I'd give it a shot 🙂
