They aren't bad speeds Daniel.
Just done mine and yours put mine to shame although I am happy with mine.

Well they do offer Gigabit up here: http://www.rogers.com/consumer/internet but I'm not paying that price!

MIne may sound slow when you compare the figures but it is actually fast enough for me as I do not do much downloading.
I am not surprised you are not prepared to pay those prices on Gigabit, but would you really need those speeds?
