EDIT: Well, I made a real hash of that...obviously need to clean my glasses...so I will rectify.
 
Apologies for moving your post to here but as Window Washer is not a Webroot product it makes most sense for it to be here...and then what David said about us always being willing to help even if not Webrootrelated.

While this Community is obviously intended to support Webroot produces, we are quite willing to try to hlep with other issues as well.
 
  When the splash screen comes up and then will not respond, do you get any sort of error message or warning at all?  Have you run a scan with WSA since updating MailWasher?

It may be worth checking that no updated Mailwasher process is now being blocked by WSA, in any of three possible places?
