Webroot flags my blog as "suspect"

I've tried multiple times to login, provided password and "security code" and it appears Webroot doesn't want to help me. So trying to post here--

My blog site http://amyshojai.com is flagged as "suspicious threat" by Webroot when I'm on Internet Explorer via my desktop. It doesn't flag it when I'm on Firefox, or on any other browser on my laptop. I need Webroot to re-scan the blog and clear that flag...my website manager has scanned thoroughly and reports no threat.

I haven't a clue now to send a message to support since they won't allow me to login.

If someone happens to see this--message me shojai@verizon.net.

thanks in advance

According to our URL reputation service, it looks like the site currently has a reputation level of 33 - which is typically classified as suspicious. (You can see this report directly on BrightCloud.com.) Or I have it here below as well.

To validate that there is nothing malicious on the site and request a URL reputation change, you can simply fill out this form: http://www.brightcloud.com/support/repchangerequest.php?endpoint=alturaassociates.com&repindex=40

The team will then work with you to get the reputation where it needs to be!

Please let me know if you have any other questions and I'd be happy to help.

Best Regards,
