Hi mrjonwalker

Welcome to the Community Forums.

I am afraid that you cannot redownload Windows 7 but whether you can revert to WIndows 7, i.e., roll back from Windows 10 depends on how long ago you upgraded as Microsoft retain a back up copy of your Windows 7 installation in your disk for at least 30 days after the date of the upgrade to Windows 10 and it it easy enough (if still avaialble) to rollback.

This Microsoft KB Article gives details of how to do this.

If more than 30 days since the upgrade, you should be able to reinstall the version of Windows that came with your PC using fresh installation media and its product key...but that is a more involved process, and you will need to save off all data on your system that you do not want to lose as a result of the fresh install.

Apologies that I cannot give you better news...hoping that you are within the 30 days 'window'?

Regards, Baldrick
