Windows lab claims my computer has a problem & wants to access it. Any truth to his claim?
Ocassionally I receive call from person claiming to be with Windows lab. He says my computer has a problem and wants to access it. I have run Webroot Anywhere just to see if it finds any issues - none detected. Is there any veracity in his claim. I ignore his requests!

ABSOLUTELY THE RIGHT MOVE. This no doubt a scam as how,would they know what they claim to know.
You just keep saying 'No'.
