When using Webroot DNS, we have to refresh to get web pages to open. If we switch to Google DNS servers, web pages open up without issue. Any ideas

I’ve talked with a couple of people internally and the best course of action would be to message our Support team. An engineer will most likely need to remote in and take a look around with you on the line.

I did notice that this client did not have port 7777 UDP and TCP open on their hardware firewall. I opened it up but have not had a chance to test. Time will tell.
What role does port 7777 play in Webroot DNS?
