Can't get mobile support because stuck in a login loop.

I had to hard reset my Android cell phone. Tried to set up protection again, and can't get mobile support because it’s stuck in a login loop. See below.

Did you try clicking on Forgotten your Password? If not do it and follow the steps to contact support.

Another way to contact support is use another email address with a new password if the above fails.

Well, I did now. Apparently, the Webroot app is going to the url shown on the image above and reports:  (“Unable to Login  … The email, phone number or password provided is incorrect. Please try again, click on forgot password to reset or contact support”).  If I go to the same link (above) on the PC it forwards to carbonite.com (which is how I just reset my password and the password was right). Sooooooo, is the app sending me to the wrong link?

Just to let you know there is the old legacy Console here: https://identity.webrootanywhere.com/v1/Account/login

 

And the new Online Console here: https://account.carbonite.com/account/logon?

 

The older one you can’t add anything new to it so any new subscriptions, keycodes have to go to the new Online Console. But if you need help with either you need to contact Webroot Support as we Mods don’t have access to the backend things and we are Volunteers.
