I upgraded today and I having problems with my mobile . I got and error saiding account creation failled. The license check server returned an invalid response. raw Error: License check failed due to too many activations. Response code:7. What should I do

When it prompts you to enter the keycode on your mobile device, please enter your original, all letter keycode instead of the new, alpha-numeric keycode you recieved when you upgraded. This should solve the issue and let you activate your mobile protection. If you are not able to find this keycode, we can provide it for you on a private message or you can open a support ticket at: https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp.
