We thought we had picked up something bad because each time chrome is opened, another unknown broser is attached. No program name can be found , either when we go to control panel. We factory reset, but it came back anyway. Afraid of something heard of called gameover Zeus virus. What can we do? webroot is present, but????any help appreciated.....

If you have done a factory reset and the issue persists, it would definitely be advisable to contact our support team. They can remote into the computer, see if this is threat related, and if so, resolve it for you free of charge.
