small glitch in System Optimizer

In system optimizer, it usually lists the program you have installed, I know that for sure because the more programs I install the more programs I see listed in the optimizer cleaning options which is a nice thing
 
but I neve have Google Chrome installed why does it list it as an option to clean?

You used Chrome before?
 Could be traces of the previous installation.(Profile, etc)
Or reactions to other browsers built on chrome engines

nope, never did, never will

PS: This is a fresh Windows 8.1 installation with nothing on it except my browser Pale Moon (a firefox derivative)

You can simply remove the checkbox with chrome)) and ignore:D
I have the same point cleaning chrome, but it is not installed

That is normal as there are some default items already listed at install of WSA.
