Hello johnnydog,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
This is what Microsoft has to say abut this error.
1. When do you get “octoshapeclient.exe failed could not find a module to launch”?2. Have you made any changes to the computer, prior to the issue? Solution A: For issue related to Windows Update, refer to the link.Windows Update error 80072ee2http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Windows-Update-error-80072ee2 Solution B: For other issues, refer to the following methods. Method 1: Perform a clean boot and check for the issue. How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135Note: Once you have determined the issue by using the clean boot procedure, please follow step 7 in the article to set your computer back to normal startup. I've also found this research here: Go to your Control Panel -> uninstall a program and see if you have anything listed called Octoshape live streaming.. If you do , uninstall it.. After that scan the computer with the antivirus that you have installed. The mentioned "OctoshapeClient.exe", it'd be part of Octoshape, which is "a (java-based) peer to peer streaming media server and client", according to softonic's information. Then, it'd be safe to remove it and/or all other unwanted or unused projects from your programs list. The if you still are having issues you can submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription. Hope this helps, Kind Regards,
