Hello @williamwhitmire ,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Please have a look at this site to add new Keycode to Webroot.

https://answers.webroot.com/Webroot/ukp.aspx?pid=17&vw=1&app=vw&solutionid=896

  1. Open the SecureAnywhere website menu and click Manage Keycodes.
  2. Click Add Product Keycode to open the keycode field:
  3. Enter the product keycode and click Add. Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription.

You can also put your Keycode in the GUI interface.

1) Open the SecureAnywhere interface (click the Webroot icon in the menu bar, then select Open Webroot SecureAnywhere from the drop-down menu). 2) From the main window, click the gear icon next to My Account. 3) Enter your new keycode in the box on the right. 4) Click Activate a New Keycode.
