Adding iPhone? Can Not Do

Have downloaded SecureWeb and Backup&Sync to my iPhone6. Instructions say tap on SecureWeb and a browser will open allowing safe surfing of internet. This does not happen for me. Instead I am asked to log in and when I do I find I am in a loop that takes me nowhere. Thus far my phone is not showing as a covered mobile device on SA Complete Dashboard. Something is not linked or correct. What?
