My webroot will not work now that I am using the beta version of OS.X Yosemite. Now I know being that this is a beta Webroot may not be compatable at the moment. I was wondering if there is a way to fix it to where it will work or is there a updated version that works with the beta? I got this version of webroot via best buy threw geek squad a little over a year ago I renewed my webroot service but not my geek squad support I could not afford it at the time. Anyways the issues with it are currently the icon on for webroot shows up at the top where the wifi display is shown as normal but if I click on it the program will crash and give me an error code that gets sent off to Apple. I have also tried opening it via the app folder which gets me a little futher it shows all the option I can pick from then if I click any of them nothing again loads then it crashes and reloads a bunch untill finally it shows the error code. Anyways here is the error code that is being shown I sent a message to webroot customer support with the error code already and they tell me well webroot is compatable with Lion, Mountain Lion, and Maverkis I already know that. I want a solution or at the very least know a solution is being worked on for this problem. I will post the error code below.
