Webroot still shows subscription is expired after I renewed

I verified thru my email and received my renewal receipt but still shows protection disabled, subscription expired.  What shall I do next.

I looked up your email address and did I see your subscription has 10 days left on it.  It also shows that you purchased through Best Buy - when did you complete the renewal process?  Apparently it can take a couple days for it to go through the system and reflect the new expiration date.
I completed the renewal process today.  My receipt shows payment date of Sept 6, 2014 and new expiration date of Aug. 15, 2015.  OK, I will see if the if it shows renewed tomorrow.
