Hope that you are well?
Not quite sure by what yo mean when you say that you missed hour backup? Was it that you computer was not on at the time that the back up is set to run? If so then this will not 'hurt' your system but does mean that you have not got a very latest backup and so if you need to restore data then you will have to go back over two 'time periods' rather than the usual one or more. Key things is whether there has been significant change since the lat back did run? If not then that should not be an issue but if you have made lots of changes then you stand to lose more if yo are forced to go to your back.
