Webroot Wifi Security

I have tried repeatedly to get customer service to respond to my inquiries to no avail.  I am very dissatisfied with the Webroot WIFI Security product for two reasons:

  1.  The product will not automatically load when my PC is started up each day.  This has to be done manually and until it is done, the product restricts internet connectivity.
  2. When running, the product restricts my ability to use my printer which is connected via my home WIFI.  It appears that the product disables the home WIFI when loaded.

These issues are deal breakers for me in retaining the product for use after my initial subscription ends.

Are there any solutions?

Yes as @ProTruckDriver said contact Webroot Support as we can’t do anything on the Community try calling them during the week if need be.

I started with customer service and got no solution and suggestion and they then posted that the problem was solved.  This product is very poor as it is not efficient to use and is disrupting many of the websites I regularly use.  I will not renew and will probably not renew the Secure Anywhere either after this experience.

I’m sorry you feel that way but WSA is not like the Wi-Fi product see here:

Again there’s nothing we can do on the Community as it could be a Back-end issue and only Support can help you.
