Crackle
We have noticed that Crackle movies pop up and start automatically. How can I remove this?
Hi wjbauer1 and welcome to the Webroot Community,
Sounds like you have picked up a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA). Rather than me going into detail here, you may want to look at a few others already posted on the subject of removal.

Good luck and check back if you need additional assistance,

Hi wjbauer1
Welcome to the Commuinty Forums.
D_J is quite correct in that this 'software' is considered to be a PUA. As far as I can tell from my research it is relative insiduous in what it does to propogate itself on host systems; nothing dangerous but to a level where, if one does not feel technically proficient in terms of rooting around in files, folders, start up entries, etc., it is best left to the professionals to remove.
I would therefore suggest that you open the support ticket recommended and let the Support Team professions sort it out for you.
Regards, Baldrick
