Wondering why my webroot secure changed color + their is alert sign on the account setting,, HELP.

What colour are you seeing? Red? And what do you mean by "on the account setting"?

Its a yellow triangle sign with a line + dot symble in the middle of it, its by the account sign when i open to do a scan.
when going to open webroot it says protected, but has this symble in the header also. After scanning it saids ok,ect.
Could it be subscription is due in 30 days??
anyway the box when openning webroot is green, but now its brown with this alert symbel sign.
