I know you probably been there and done that with my issue. I purchased the Webroot Security for my Samsung Galaxy 4-5 months ago, recently purchased new HTC Android phone. I have the Webroot on my new android, would like it deactivated on my Samsung so I can give the phone to my sister. Can you help me with this? Thanks Much!

To remove the app from the device, you'll need to remove it via your phone's Settings area. On my Android 2.3 device, the path is Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. This may vary depending on your OS version.
Have you set your account up on the Online Portal if not please do so and you should be able to deactivate your old phone just make sure you have your Key Code!
