connect in hotels
Since adding web root my computer will not connect in hotels forever. I need it to connect and don't know 's anto turn it off or change the settings. Sometimes I am at a friend's and can't get it to connect. The bottom left says web root is checking. I need some flexablity!!

If you turn of Webroot temporarily, does that solve the problem? If so, then I'd say give our support a call so they can help you out:
